SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day delivery service available for Central London on orders received by 12.00 noon at the next day rate of £10.00.

Returns Policy

Queries regarding shortages of Goods must be made within three working days of despatch date and must be accompanied by the despatch note. Queries regarding goods invoiced but not delivered must be made to Breamfold Packaging Ltd within three days of the invoice date and the invoice number must be quoted.

If you are not satisfied with your order we will accept returned items up to 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Please inform us immediately in the event you wish to make a return (preferably by e-mail).

Please include a note with your return detailing your name, address and reason for return. For your protection Breamfold Packaging Ltd recommends that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Please note the following:
1. The returned item/items must be unused and neatly packaged on return to us.
2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
3. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the any item received. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
